We accept returns on new, unused items within 14 days of delivery. That means:
- Item must be in original condition
- Unused, uninstalled, and unmodified
- Returned with original packaging, manuals, and tags
Once received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Need a different size, part, or model?
We make exchanges fast and easy. Just contact us and we’ll help you swap it out for what you really need.
❌ What Can’t Be Returned
To keep things fair and safe for all customers, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items that have been used, installed, or modified
- Electrical components (if opened)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items returned after 14 days without prior approval
If you’re unsure about a part or product before buying, our team is happy to help confirm fitment and compatibility.
💸 Return Shipping
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt.
- If we made a mistake, we’ll cover the return and make it right.
📦 How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@travelslothub.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll review your request and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back using the address we provide.
- Once we receive and inspect it, your refund or exchange will be processed.
